Leigh is a professional, accredited toxicologist with over 33 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has held scientific and management positions of increasing seniority in Europe (UK and Holland), in North America (Canada and USA) and has been located in Singapore for the last few years.
A particular career highlight was the foundation of LAB Research Inc. in Canada in 1998, which subsequently went public in 2006 with revenues of $45m and over 425 people in employment in four countries worldwide.
Towards the end of 2008, he joined Maccine Pte. Ltd in Singapore as Chief Executive Officer with a mandate to build on the past successes of Maccine and position the company to become one of the world’s paramount contract research facilities with a specialised focus in the increasingly critical area of translational research.

Jing Chung is currently serving as Secretary on the Executive Council. Jing is currently working as a patent attorney at Marks and Clerk Singapore and her expertise is in the biomedical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sector. She is a registered patent attorney in both Australia and Singapore , with a Masters of Intellectual Property Law and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Practice from the Institute of Patents and Trade Marks Attorney Academy (Australia. She also holds a PhD from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) as well as worked in postdoctoral research in an Australian biomedical research institute.

Louise Bussieres is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in accounting and finance. She is currently the Principal of her own company 'Bussieres Consulting Pte. Ltd.', providing management and financial advisory services to Asia Pacific companies. Prior to 2010, Mrs. Bussieres was the Vice-President, Finance of LAB Research Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of LAB International Inc., two public companies listed on the Toronto (Canada) Stock Exchange. From 1995 to 1999, she was Associate Director of the Experimental Biology Centre, the pre-clinical facility of the Institute of National Scientific Research of Quebec. Prior to 1995, Mrs. Bussieres held several positions at KPMG, an international auditing and consulting firm. Throughout her career, Mrs. Bussieres has been involved in strategic planning, financing, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and contract negotiations in the pharmaceutical research and development field.

Yvette received her first degree from the University of Queensland. She has a first class honours degree and Ph.D. in Biochemistry also from the University of Queensland. She later obtained her Grad. Cert. in I.P. Law from the National University of Singapore. She was awarded a certificate in patent drafting by the Southeast Asian Drafting Patents Board of FICPI.
Yvette is a Senior patent associate at the Intellectual Property Department of the firm Yu Sarn Audrey & Partners and is involved in Intellectual property registration and prosecution work.
Prior to joining Yu Sarn Audrey & Partners Yvette was a senior manager of the Intellectual Property division of Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd.Yvette was previously a Biotechnology consultant with one of the leading law firms in Singapore.
Yvette has been heavily involved in Singapore's fledgling Biotechnology industry and was on the founding executive counsel members of the BioSingapore trade organization in 2004 and 2005 the Honorary Secretary in 2007 and remains on the council today.
Prior to branching into IP law she has worked as a research scientist at Dupont Singapore; at the National University of Singapore (NUS); Nanyang Technological University (NTU); and at the University of Queensland, Australia as well as a short project at Research School of Biological Sciences, Australia National University.

Lucia is a Senior Business Development Manager, at ETC, a drug-development organisation within A*STAR. She looks after various facets of collaborative projects – market analysis, IP landscape, contractual agreements and project management.
In previous lives, she has established the Australian Bioinformatics Network under AusBiotech and conducted research in computational biology at Australian National University after completing a doctorate in biomedical engineering at the University of Melbourne.
In the spare time she does not have, she delights in wining (both drinking and writing), dining and music-making.

As the Director of Strategic Planning Asia Pacific, Simranjit supports the Quintiles Grow Asia strategy by leading the process to understand, synthesize and communicate market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence in the region. He provides thought leadership on key market events and collaborates with the Global leadership and marketing teams to incorporate market and competitive intelligence into strategic approaches for the region. Simranjit is responsible to identify business adjacencies within the region and collaborate with external partners to bring selected opportunities to market.
Prior to working for Quintiles, Simranjit worked as the Director of Healthcare Consulting at Frost & Sullivan. He successfully managed the Asia-Pacific Healthcare team and implemented several strategic consulting projects for MNC Pharma & Medtech companies, Government agencies & Financial Institutions in Asia. Simranjit also serves on the Executive Council of BioSingapore & plays an integral role to help to develop the biomedical sector in Singapore.
Simranjit holds a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the National University of Singapore and Grad. Dip Bio-Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN). He also has a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago

Previous to working with SG Austria he was a Group Leader at the Institute of Virology at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, Austria, where he still holds a position at and is involved in supervising research which he started before moving to Singapore in 2007.
Prior to this he worked in quality control for pharmaceuticals at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech in UK.
In the past 8 years he has co-authored 12 publications and 2 book chapters and has been involved in procuring 10 industrial and research grants.
Krish is co-founder of Jeiva International Pte Ltd, a specialised consulting company.
Jeiva’s technology practices are in Life Science, CleanTech/ Renewable Energy and Nanotechnology. Consulting to international companies, regional firms and start-ups, Jeiva is the Asian consulting partner of ISIS Enterprise, University of Oxford.
Krish consults on strategy & growth, business development, innovation and technology commercialisation. Currently, he is mentoring the divisional management of a USD 3.5 billion company and leading their growth and acquisitions strategy.
Earlier, over a 20-year corporate career, Krish managed marketing, international operations and innovation in global markets for Pharmacia, Novo Nordisk and Novozymes. As co-founder of a successful and award-winning molecular diagnostics company, Krish has also lived through the travails of a life science entrepreneur.
When he’s not reading, watching movies or sleeping, Krish swings a squash racket or rearranges golf fairways.
